@johncutlefish I think if you want to remove the implication of intentionality that it makes sense to say "optimal" rather than "optimized". e.g. the United States is optimal for growing grains.

@productschool It might be a mechanism to weed out toxic people who only come here to troll. People willing to pay to be apart of the twitter community might be less interested in tearing it down. Twitter would then become a more desirable community to be in thus increasing the value offer.
