@JamesAmith27 @AskWIZZ Hi! No, it means that we would need to verify your documents at the check-in desk, it's free. Print out the "Not a boarding pass" card, and go to the check-in desk at the airport 3 hours before the flight, they will check that everything is ok, and you will travel as usual.
