A lovely way to end the term, I have passed my #NPQH with @TeacherDevTrust (who I would highly recommend)! Working with both the Dubai and Oxford cohorts, it was great to reflect on my practice, learn new leadership skills and it has definitely improved my strategic approach!

@JBattenTSAT Currently we are just assessing skills from each unit and grading each skill using edexcel gcse criteria and differentiation for different year groups. But would love to know how you are assessing these and reporting these through grades/marks/percentages and attainment.

I currently use Head, Heart, Hands and students took to it really well, it helps us use PE as a tool to develop the ‘whole’ person. We are still using 9-1 (actually 9-0 for us), this is to help student and parental understanding on data drops and reports, have a good tracker too!
