Good morning you lovely people! Another fantastic turn out for our walk in Brentwood! Great to see blokes from all walks of life coming out to support one another. Also a massive thank you to our friends at Terrace Cult clothing who love what we are doing with the walks and have sent out a big care package of clothing for us! If you want to join us we do this every Sunday at 8am starting and finishing at The Thatchers Arms. Bosh❤️

This is a very strange thing to get this angry about. This ain’t“dribble” and it ain’t about standing in the rain for the sake of it. Suicide is the biggest killer of young men, and these walks exist to get people talking, moving, and out of their own heads. People from all walks of life come along. Week on week more people turn up because they help. You don’t know what anyone is dealing with behind closed doors. For some, a simple walk and a conversation can make a proper difference. If it ain’t for you then that is fine. But tearing down something that’s helping people says more about your anger than what we’re doing. You’re welcome to come down and see it for yourself anytime. It’s just a walk, but it matters to a lot of people and they’re enjoyable. People getting angry on social media about them just makes me what to do them more and support as many people as I can. Bosh❤️

I just feel so flat and sad & I cry nearly every day, I often cry myself to sleep at night. One thing didn’t cause this but it was the last bit that crumbled me after trying to be strong for so long. I’m going to the doctor on Monday to try get help ❤️
