The reason Mr. Carney hides from Question Period is that his real record (not the illusion) is doubling the deficit, no pipelines approved, no crime laws changed, while giving Canada the only shrinking economy and worst food price inflation in the G7. Better to float around on a cloud of illusions than hit the harsh ground of reality.

PM Carney on Canada's contribution to Arctic security: "We already have the second largest icebreaker fleet in the world after Russia. Once our icebreaker program is completed, we will have the largest. We will have 42 icebreakers. The Americans have one."
