I don't know if I'm lucky or what… The agencies we've hired since day one are still with us. They've watched us go from $50K/mo to $600K/mo and they've been part of all of it. The lows and the highs. Huge shoutout to @JamesBoostBerry (email) and @pavcro (CRO). Soon 1M/mo 🚀

Claude Code + Nano Banana 2 is f*cking cracked 🤯 I built a system inside Claude Code that researches any brand, writes 40 ad prompts from scratch, and fires them all to Nano Banana 2. One brand name + one URL = 40 production-ready static ads. All inside Claude Code. I took @alexgoughcooper's brilliant framework and automated the whole thing inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need high-volume ad creative without briefing a designer or spending hours in Canva. If you're finding winning ad concepts on Meta and manually recreating them one at a time in Higgsfield — copying prompts, pasting product details, tweaking aspect ratios, downloading, organizing... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Give Claude a brand name and URL → It researches the brand's fonts, colors, packaging, and photography style → Builds a Brand DNA document from scratch → Fills in Alex's 40 proven ad templates (headline, us vs them, testimonial, UGC, review cards, stat callouts) with brand-specific details → Fires every prompt to Nano Banana 2 with your product photos as reference → Downloads finished ads into organized folders with an HTML gallery No Higgsfield. No manual prompt filling. No copy-pasting between tools. What you get: → 40 ad formats filled with your exact brand colors, fonts, and copy → 4 variations per format so you pick the best output → Product photos passed as reference so the model matches your real packaging → A reusable system — new brand, new folder, same pipeline Built 100% in Claude Code with Nano Banana 2. I put together a full playbook & Loom video showing the exact process to set this up yourself. Want access for free? > Like this post > Comment "NANO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Coaching is something I got into last year for a little while (literally 1 month) said I’d help 2 guys/gals per month for 1 month at a time. Very time consuming to do well & really understand the person you’re helping. But I still get lots of 1 off emails like this, always very fun. Considering opening up the coaching books again, would be the same deal 2 people per month, I teach you everything about running a lean email team. This is for people who already have some clients but want help scaling, building systems, understanding how to hire and price. It’s for people wanting to make $25k-$50k per month, I won’t sell you on $100k+ months because it’s not what I do. Homage to @JamesBoostBerry & @francisretainx for getting involved last year - I’m sure if you asked the guys they’d have good things to say.

NOT A SINGLE guru teaches you how to actually RUN an agency. they sell $5k courses on some bs while you're bleeding $30k/month through fucked ops. reply "REAL" and i'll send the $1M Agency OPS Blueprint based on 60+ agencies we streamlined.

Might make a rant video about this. There's a company selling these 'segments'?? to brands as 'high intent' leading to brand killing their deliverability + spending $4,000 on a Klaviyo subscription that should cost them $700 Terrible deliverability + less profitable

I don't understand why brands hate agencies so much. I freaking LOVE working with our agencies. They are just as excited as I am about the growth of our brand. They are like my very close friends, in-house team, and business partners.

If you feel anxious about AI and you are in D2C, read this. Tesla FSD is a great case study on our relationship with AI and change. It's now 26x safer than the average driver and yet most people are still in the "unaware" stage of the funnel and the "problem aware" stage are still extremely skeptical. Of the small group of "solution aware", they are still debating if it's Tesla vs Waymo. (It's going to be 95%+ Tesla) If you are in the D2C X community and feel anxious about all the upcoming disruptions to how we work and operate, take a deep breath. If we apply the rough analogy, your company can be 26x more lean than the US average and it will still be barely noticeable by people. I use FSD + Waymo regularly and it's truly game over for human drivers. It's been incredibly obvious for many months. "The future is already here, it's just unevenly distributed" is a great mental model. But maybe it doesn't emphasize enough how uneven it truly is. You are so insanely early it's not even funny. As someone who went down deep into the BTC rabbit hole in 2016, this is what being early feels like. This exact feeling now of "fuck we are too late" + "the world is going to change". The real risk is not being slow but rather being paralysed by the anxiety. Trust the thesis and vision and start moving. Actually automate something yourself. Learn how to prompt better. Try a new AI tool. And then LEAD your team to do the same to apply your labor leverage on top of the AI leverage. Just make sure you are genuinely upskilling yourself a tiny bit one day at a time.

Regularly seeing 'You've got x' outperforming 'Do you want x' in emails and pop-ups. Example here saw a 3+ increase in submit rate.

May’s been tough, but because of a few things we prepared in advance, it’s been manageable. 1. Fully Localized Markets 🇩🇪🇳🇱 We launched two fully localized funnels (German & Dutch). Both stores are bringing in additional revenue and showing real potential to scale. Fully translated ads, LPs, pop-ups, and email flows. 2. New Products & Category Expansions We launched 3 new collections in Q2, which gave us brand new funnels. Took a few weeks to dial in the offers, but once we did, it helped stabilize performance. More things to sell to both new and returning customers! 3. No More Free Shipping Let me say this clearly - we’re now making an extra $4 per order. My biggest regret is not testing this sooner. Easiest CRO win with the biggest lift fr. 4. Sending More Emails Shoutout to @JamesBoostBerry for cranking out 3–4 emails a week. New funnels = more excuses to email. Send more emails & SMS. Start this week!

Made an attempt at a flowchart infographic for a sea moss brand. Keen to try this angle some more. Has anyone got any similar examples that look cool?
