Hi there James, our apologies for your experience. Our drivers and onboard staff don't control the onboard climate systems on our trains. These are automatically set by monitoring the ambient temperature and making adjustments to keep this at a pre-set temperature. This temperature should be around 21 degrees, which has been set and is frequently reviewed following continual feedback over the years. Please let us know if it feels warmer/colder than this and we'll feed it back to our fleet team. We'd just need the 5/6 digit number, located on the wall where the coaches connect. ^Amy
