One of the greatest feelings of all time is getting a text from past players thanking you for the impact you’ve had on their life. 7 years of coaching and I am just so thankful for the people basketball has placed in my life.

While recruiting, I value the How more than What Do u Coast or do u Compete? Do u walk to your timeout or do u hustle? Are your energy touches legit or obligatory? Do u look your teammates/coaches in the eye or too busy rolling them? How you do anything is how you do everything

Wrapped our 2028 Silver @nyhavoc season with a win inside the HOF. Thankful to @CoachTFLO for allowing me to coach & our parents for their trust & support. Such a fun, talented and hard working group of athletes! Ton of laughs & got better in the process. Proud of each of them!

BE A BETTER SHOOTER ⬇️ 1. Get in the gym everyday and shoot! Your first step is to actually commit to shooting every day and putting your effort and energy in to becoming better 2. Learn your Shooting Checkpoints. Every shooter has 2-3 things they do well when they make shots. Work to find yours and then be consistent in those checkpoints when you shoot. 3. Push yourself. Do drills that are tough and will push you mentally. Play Small Sided Games that will give you game looks against defenders to expedite game translation.
