Sooo I have been told I have skin cancer. Extremely low level, I think I’m gonna be ok, but it’s still scary not even being 30 and being told I have a form of cancer. I don’t use sunbeds and always use factor 50 but apparently it’s not enough. Always check if you’re not sure 💗💗

Seen dubious comments that Keely put 6kg body mass on. Context, in Paris ‘24 she lost 3kg so increase only 3kg to prior. At lower mass she got injured. Let’s applaud a young woman who puts health first, is growing into her adult body & doesn’t get fixated on unstable numbers

After almost 10 years of struggling I finally have a diagnosis!! I’m not going to get better sadly. But it’s not terminal. So many mixed emotions. So happy to have the validation of the fact it’s not all in my head. But the rest of my life with these struggles seems like torture

Woke up yesterday morning with excruciating pain. Ended the day having emergency surgery to remove a kidney stone. Never nice being so ill, especially being so far away from home but the South African medics were amazing 🤩

Went for a bit of surgery today which went much better than expected. I now know the reason I’ve not been able to eat very well and it’s not anywhere near as serious as first thought. Biopsy done though and results pending. Time for a snooze 😴 nos da
