@JamesConnor18 Hey James I am so sorry to hear this. I can confirm our HFC lines do work, and there are some ares that are only HFC capable, so these are 100% active and running. I have come back to you via DM. ^Rachel

Never EVER use @VirginMediaIE. Months of slow internet, no fix after repeated complaints. Told me this week their HFC lines basically don't work (certainly kept that quiet...) & I need to upgrade to Fibre. New modem fails. No internet or TV at all now. 48hrs & counting. Criminal.
