Carrick was always getting the job. At least if it does go wrong it's well known it's Wilcox, Berrada and Ratcliffe who made that choice without interviewing anyone else. They are responsible whatever happens

@MufcWonItAll2 @ManUtd I think we will be in a better place than when ole was in charge plus we are looking at midfielders which he played so he knows the kind of players we need! If they are in doubt give him 12 month contract! I always said see how he does in CL! I’m sure he will do great!

@_shaunirvine I did see that we have spoken to Anderson which usually means he’s at least interested as we’ve learnt from before if they aren’t interested then we move on.. who would you rather have?

@JamesDMay90 it's an interesting one because both sides of Manchester really want Anderson as a priority for midfield, so I think whoever doesn't get him will go for Tonali.
