All diese Schulden werden über Inflation in der Realwirtschaft und Gesellschaft landen. Wer keine Assets (Aktien, Immobilien etc.) besitzt, wird spürbar weniger Kaufkraft haben. Gerade bei Immobilien führen die Schulden dazu, dass diese sowohl im Wert steigen, als auch über gestiegene Zinsen in der Finanzierung teurer werden. Wohnen wird signifikant kostspieliger werden.
