@CasualArtyFan I’d have said FO until my time in the CAV SQDN.a adjusted my perspective. You can get very responsive fires with 120s. If the 120s organic to the BN, then train the IN dudes to fly and call for/adjust the fire. Keep as much in house as possible.

Help settle a debate for me: You’re in a NATO light infantry battalion, and you want to use a small UAV to adjust 120mm mortars onto a target… Who should fly the drone and call for fire?
