@DisneyPlus are you guys working on a fix for the buggy subtitles on Shogun? (Assuming it’s just shogun) - it’s really frustrating to have to keep rewinding it to see if they will show up in time/at all - so just wondering if it’s best to wait for a fix?

@JamieHardesty Ah I liked the religious bit, it being used to control while Paul can see that, avoids playing it their way, actually leans in to denying it knowing they’ll follow anyway. Although I know what you mean about Paul - but I grew to like him

Generally I like the slower more deliberate pace, builds more suspense and tension and just felt fresh in comparison to modern films where everything is action - and still it had the plenty action

@jordanbpeterson I agree with that, but you’d need to do both no? Offer more pay and actually check skill level, impact etc? If you raised the salary of teachers you’d attract better candidates (broadly speaking) to become ‘education system teachers’ instead of private sector roles?

Paying teachers more won't help at all. Paying teachers who are better at teaching might, if we dared measure such a thing. And we could.
