There’s a welder in my neighborhood making $5M+ a year. Years ago he was dating a girl and went to dinner with her family who are big real estate developers. They just so happen to mention how they needed a welder & he said he could do it and delivered. Now he has contracts all over Dallas & Houston. No college degree. Just a high school diploma.
