Which profession is closest to teaching in terms of the cognitive demands?

Is there a problem in CfW with the place knowledge? There's no simple answer to this question & that was by choice of the Welsh government. CfW, & CfE, were designed as an attempt to bridge two different models of curriculum, one focused on process, the other on product.
