What's Driving this AF? Patient s/p several AF ablation elsewhere presented with persistent AF > 1 year. Baseline bipolar map showed patchy low voltage areas with extreme fragmentation on the PW and anterior septum (green balls and red dots). After red…lnkd.in/gZ-GrPcg

Why some P waves are so Fragmented In AF patients, not infrequently we find very fragmented P waves in NSR. Here's a biatrial map in a patient s/p prior PVI, correlating intracardiac activation to 12L P waves. As we've been taught in school, the termina…lnkd.in/gzZxHYDZ

KYC in the RVOT/PA Area While focusing on our 3D maps during an ablation, it is easy to forget the important structures outside of the map. That's when ICE comes in handy. In this case of RVOT PVC, the successful site (blue dot) was at the level of pulm…lnkd.in/gXW7fJSV

Throwback Thursday - 2013 Ablation Here is an old case of roof flutter ablation from my younger days. How we actually accomplished anything for so many years without contact force, ablation index, or deflectable sheath still blows my mind. #epeeps #eleclnkd.in/gguWcV57

@JamesOngMD Fascinating. It took me a bit to get oriented on the ICE hopefully I am correct in my labeling below. I wonder if this may be SVC overriding a sinus venosus defect? On some views there seems to be dropout (curved arrow) and a few bubbles crossing (straight arrow).

Have you ever seen an SVC valve? The Eustachian valve is also known as the IVC valve. But have you ever seen an SVC valve? A search in the literature reveals what is termed "supernumerary valves." I find one case report lnkd.in/gPYwQqW9 Any inpu…lnkd.in/gCwNiQVw
