@EdGambleComedy @OffMenuOfficial You guys are stand up comedians… Jada was on the wrong side of arguably the worst act committed against a comedian on a live broadcast in living memory. And that’s not even the worst of her behavior. This is so tasteless and the first episode I won’t be listening to.

@dini55 @AllCreaturesTV Don’t think Helen would want a big wedding after what she went through with Hugh
English

@AllCreaturesTV #allcreaturesgreatandsmall #channel5 Love the new series but after given the impression the dales were a close knit community where was the congregation during the wedding?
English

@MonitorThemAll Remember what helen went through with Hugh… no way she’d want another big wedding. Just immediate family (and, I suppose, coworkers) 😊
English

@HavPete Helen wouldn’t want another big wedding after what she went through with Hugh!!!
English

Bit of a poor turn out for the wedding 🤷♂️ #ACGAS or was It recorded during the covid years 🤔
English

@writelife_green Depends but, as a general rule, frequently in dialogue and very sparingly in prose
English

So who all uses cuss words in their novels? Do you use them sparingly or frequently? #WritingCommunity #Writer #writerslife #writers

@agletterman @JGettys7 Hi! I’m a writer / TV exec who pretends his name is James so his employer doesn’t find out that he writes fiction 😊 Currently querying my domestic suspense and working on 2 broader thrillers
English

Introduce yourself so others in the #WritingCommunity can check your account out. I'll give you a shoutout if I love it 🤩
English

@AuthorLinzFera It hasn’t been deliberate, but all 3 of mine are named for the obstacle faced by my main character. Whether it’s a recurring motif that represents the antagonist, or the literal thing that threatens to destroy the mc
English

#WritingCommunity it’s #TipTuesday again! Tell your fellow #authors and #writers how you came up with your title? What’s the best way to come up with a title for #books ?
English

@ForestWellsDen @elchandler I read a book where MC ran into old boyfriends or famous writers 10+ times in various Russian cities and small towns. It was infuriating.
English

@ForestWellsDen @elchandler I can’t abide a huge plot point that hinders on a chance encounter. It reads to me as lazy. You can usually find an organic way to bring them together. Fine if there’s a reason & it’s not explained to the reader up front, as long as it‘s unpacked later (as part of a big reveal)
English

What are common tropes in books that you hate #WritingCommunity? I want to know what to avoid!
English

@elchandler 9 times out of 10 I find it’s just lazy writing. It’s usually not that hard to find a reason for your characters to be somewhere!
English

@taylorliterate Hi there! Currently querying my first novel and working on my second
English

@AFictionalHubb1 @Reveal_House Thanks! I think I agree... and there’s absolutely no way I could project hop between these 2 (one’s 1st person period drama and the other’s 3rd person sci-fi)
English

I’m not one of those writers who can juggle multiple WIPs... should I spend 2021 on the idea that’s been in my head longer or the idea I’m more excited about?

English

@authorcfturner My real identity! It’s fun being anonymous... I’ve found it very freeing.
English

@NatashaLink1 I lay them out on a baking sheet, add a thin layer of water, cover in foil and essentially steam them at 350 for half an hour.
Then take the foil off, drain the water, drench them in olive olive, crank the oven to 500 and throw them back in for 45 mins.
