@croftfootfarm @thevalleyfarmer I’d like to take full credit. I saw it last week. I’m currently trying to find out who it is. Think the top side is fodder beet too.

No idea who it is who has set out their stall ready for some winter #balegrazing next to the Chiltern line somewhere between Bicester and Thame, but it certainly does like impressive.

Across the ag industry there must be many people much like myself that are the only person working on the farm or have secondary jobs that will make it very difficult to get to London on Tuesday but would like to be represented. Is there a way to do this? @TWBFarms @agricontract

Somebody’s throwing twins…well at least milk replacer is cheap (sarcasm)
For those of you not around cattle, in our wide open range, it’s rare that the cow will keep both of them with her and usually dumps one within 48 hours. Instead of coyote bait, we’ll take them home and raise them as bottle calves until a cow loses a calf and wants a replacement or some little kid needs a chore project.

@EdwdPrice @cattlefinishers Depends on where you are half love them half love eating them.

@cattlefinishers @d_pdear USA is closer to 40 cows. We all think they are massive farms. Uk is mid 20’s yet only 1% of world production I think.
English

@d_pdear Also worth noting how cow calf aka suckler producers do in Canada. Land may be cheaper but when your closed season is six months or thereabouts making a profit with commercial cows (not pets) is still a challenge. Avg herd size is actually quite small circa 70 cows in Canada.

@JRfromStrickley I thought it was just me this stuff happened too

I'm quite disappointed in my second pair of @RedbackBoots I've had this pair a year or so and worn them as a smarter boot. It's quite obvious what has happened. It not good!
