In business, I live a 50-50 rule. Invest 50% of your business’ income or revenue into “slow pound-building” assets. Use the other 50% to put back into your business. However, you need to focus on generating as many fast pounds as possible, by putting your business first.

What do you think of the costs to park in Southend? Southend City Council made £6.4million in profit from car parking fees & fines in the last financial year. The payment machine pictured is at one of the most expensive car parks in the city - Seaway carpark, near the seafront.
