curious what the benefits of selling strong businesses if there in category’s that’ll stick around for a long time and generating solid income. What is the incentive to sell and have to scramble to find a better investment. I’m assuming you could put it into dividends or treasury’s or whatever and not have to work but also there’s no fulfillment in that.

@tahmmygiovanni Create and sell a business as early as possible. It’s really important to get “lump sum” wins in your 20s to ensure your success later in life.

Losing it all and running it back up comes with tons of lessons a lot of people in this community don’t have. I used to say dumb stuff and have wrong opinions on the world but losing a lot and rebuilding I feel has helped me have a way better perspective and knowledge in life and business then a lot of money twitter. So crazy how similar our situations were.

How did I come back from losing $70k at 17 and starting over from scratch? Here’s what I did to COMEBACK from that nightmare and get back on the path in the span of a year 1. Went Ghost There was a 3 month period where I didn't even have ANY social media, no one knew where I went, and there was no time to be scrolling around 2. Got a minimum wage job Didn't matter that I had multi 5 figs saved up, I had no cash flow coming in, YOU NEED cashflow for mental clarity 3.. Starting reading 60 minutes every day for 6 months Id sit in parking lots reading my books, on break at work reading, the goal behind this was to learn as much as I could about what successful people were doing, how other extremely successful people went through my situation, etc ( IT REALY HELPED) 4. Joined a Course I needed to learn a new model and skill so I joined a program where they taught everything I needed to learn 5.. Detached from limiting beliefs people Most of your friends and family won't understand your vision and goals, its important to not let them get in the way so I stayed away from nondelusional people ( YOU NEED DELUSIONAL MFS) But overall it took a lot of self-belief to get out of the hole, writing out what I wanted on a piece of paper and reading it aloud all the time Think and Grow Rich was one of the books that changed my life forever Im proof some of the worst situations are just growth opportunities, and it earns you stripes in this game Hope this helped you guys out if youre in a little hole rn

It's NOT the easiest time to make money online Everyone talks about how it's the easiest time to make money currently While it is true it's also the easiest time to try things for 10 years straight and still not be successful Im sure there's going to be a huge group of people who never got anywhere with any of these online income sources for a few reasons #1 Theres a lot of fluff with online coaches, i can become an online coach today and bring on beginners and RUIN their perception of what they are trying to learn #2 Most of these people telling you you can achieve XYZ is true but you forget the part that they did the skillset for a long time before seeing results ( at minimun m 1-2Y) #3 There is NO guideline, in regular school, you pick one thing and commit to it due to money and external reasons #4 Gurus saying their biz model is better than the other( NO SUCH THING AS THIS ALL BIAS) There is no HW online, tests, rubric, or ANYTHING for you to follow It is a game of seeing you much you can control your mind and stay focused on one certain thing It's really easy to hop around from hustle to hustle I fell victim to this I got into crypto and even tried launching an NFT project when I was 17… I had extreme shiny object syndrome You need to have the realization of simply sticking to something and riding it out, no shot in 4-5 years that you are not extremely good at the skill But the more you hop around and listen to 50 different financial gurus the more fried your brain will get Information overload You need to block out any noise that's not related to what you want to do Who cares if BTC is at 45k… are you in crypto.. No.. WHO CARES BRO Do your sh*t stay in your lane don't look back until you've made a significant stride It's easy to feel like you are progressing because youre learning something new But in reality, you are only feeling euphoric starting out A lot of people are looping around on a hamster wheel Don't go through the motion of 10 different things in 5 years to realize you've gotten nowhere Lock into something and play the long game

@studynikonomics Works great for my real estate marketing business. I call random agents tho so that’s a bit more targeted then calling random people to sell a product. Can work really well if your calling the right people for sure

@universenin9 Nice bro i seem to gain a lot of weight when I get myself to do 2 protein shakes a day. But make sure there a good brand with fillers or artificial sweeteners. I’m sure you use creatine but that helps a lot. I’m up like 15-20 in 5-6 months and Ive never in my life gained weight

4 1/2 months since back into the gym and I'm 12 lbs heavier now. Still not eating enough though. But I feel good and the next 6 months will be a piece of cake
