🚨 A driver of a vehicle in Switzerland ran over a crowd that was blocking the road. No major injuries shown. Was the driver’s action justified? Or are people who deliberately block roads the ones in the wrong here? Who’s really at fault?

This man was getting tired of his neighbor tearing up his front yard by driving through it. He’s tried to talk to them on several occasions but it continued to happen. The police suggest he put stones to block anyone from driving through or parking there. Instead he put cinder blocks blocking it. The neighbor didn’t even look when they tried to drive through the yard and seriously damaged their car by hitting the blocks. Should the man be liable for damages to the neighbors car for this?
