@metraBNSF Absolutely nothing has changed, the same conductor continues to check his tickets and less then 5 mins, and then isolates himself In his our private head car and never interacts with any passengers until he arrives in Aurora. What if some passenger needs assistance?

I take the 3:30 wbnd BNSFmetra train to Aurora, (#1241) a new conductor has decided to close the head car...says it takes too long to check everyone's tix, "you guys take too long w/ the app" after checking the tix, then he goes and sits in the head car by himself. wtf @metraBNSF

@abgarza21 @metraBNSF @metrabnsf When i got off the train... he was workin the doors from the empty head car, no interaction with the passengers, he wasn't around the passengers for more then 4 mins total...

So he can sit in peace while expressing from Union Station out to Downers Grove Main. Sounds like it would be an amazing 28 minute nap for that train conductor.
