Reading "Performing Care" ed. @AmandaStuartFis & @JamesThomp, care is defined as "resistance to the ‘care-lessness’ of contemporary life" (3), which rings so true. Grandparents ageing and my mother's job as a caretaker have taught me a lot of what I want theatre to do for others.
