My thoughts on match:😡
-Embarrassing first half, much better second half, but overall not good enough.
-Slot has no clue how to set the team up defensively — the manager is the clear issue.
-We have the players (second half proved it), the manager is the problem.
-Whoever pushed the Frimpong signing needs sacking.
-Big MacAllister fan, but that was unacceptable — he had a hand in both United goals.
-Szoboszlai was excellent, Gerrard-like, and didn’t deserve to lose.
-Criminal how underused Rio Ngumoha is.
-Kerkez was much better than Robertson and should have started.
-Gravenberch cannot play as the 6 next season — won almost no tackles.
-Wirtz needs to offer far more. I forgot he was on the pitch in the second half.
-Van Dijk was well below his best.
-Jones continues to look very impressive at right-back.
-Could have been a lot worse after that worst half.

@Corballyred We were awful both halves they just gifted us. Dom was shocking all game, same as always, one goal or free kick and you buzz for him. Rio showed his lack of experience which is likely why he doesn’t start as much just yet, (understandable). Whole team was shocking.

Players will generally pick Liverpool over Bayern, as Florian Wirtz showed.
Luis Díaz only went to Bayern because we wouldn’t meet his contract demands.
If we’re chasing Olise, he’d probably choose Liverpool if it wasn't for Slot.
No major player will want to work with him after this season — bin Slot and Olise becomes a genuine option. 👍

Give Alisson a new 2 year contract.
He is still young for a keeper, 33, and contrary to the narrative he averages 35 games a season.
For context Van De Saar was 34 when he signed for Utd.
And we can't go into next season having Mamardashvili as our no 1 👍

[🟢] NEW: Juventus made a serious approach to Alisson and his camp over a long-term contract. My understanding is that they would be ready to offer a 2+1 year contract or eventually a three year contract. These two options are being discussed. Alisson would be tempted by the possibility to return to Italy but he doesn’t want to leave Liverpool in a bad way at all. It’s now on Liverpool to decide from now to the end of the season to communicate something with Alisson [@FabrizioRomano]

Isnt it ironic that one of LFC 's most durable players in club history is likely to end his Anfield career sidelined by injury?
Salah missed just 15 games through injury across nine seasons — insane durability, especially given how often he's fouled.
We'll never see his levels of durability in an attacker again.
Thats what made front 3 of Firmino, Mané & Salah so special as well, they were never injured. 🙌
