Yesterday I got to work with @Dilley1Jack from @Barton_Baseball. We worked on blocking out his front side more efficiently and played with some new slider grips to capture more sweep. Jack was sitting 90-93 mph with the fastball and low 80’s with the slider. @FlatgroundApp #OOU
