@Jamescos1 What’s super classy tweet and I would expect nothing else. Seeing first hand how you and your back room worked so hard over Covid was a privilege. Nobody sees what a heavy load Johny had with washing and prepping two teams for months. Truely amazing. And Aidan o Mah doing the run

Minor football needs to move to u18 as soon as possible. The maturity change in the year was very evident and u17s are ill prepared for the pressures of inter county football.

6 months for Tiernan Kelly. By all accounts a very nice fella who lost the head. These things happen. Feel terrible for him, life won't be the same again. Social media is toxic

A second wrinkle can hurt big businesses: loss of a key non-exclusive supplier. A big Company A relies on unique widgets made by small Company B. Company A is half of Company B's business. Other half is EU clients. If Brexit kills off that other half, B goes bust. A is stuck.

The dirty secret of Brexit? It hurts less the bigger you are. If you're a large firm, you can amortise the cost of engaging extra staff to do paperwork. You also face the same red tape as a small company - but instead of writing "20 widgets" on forms you write "2000 widgets".

"Brexit: Dutch warehouse boom as UK firms forced to invest abroad Hornby and JD Sports among firms after space to offset port delays, extra freight costs plus new VAT and customs fees" Turns out Brexit meant a boom - for the EU. Genius level success. 👏 theguardian.com/world/2021/jan…

It might be worse than "economists warned about" but not worse than we mere (ex) Freight Fowarding/Customs Agents tried to warn of....Read "The reality of Brexit is much, much worse than we economists warned about. It goes like this. The British economy is starting to shut down
