The practice continues, I used this drill to get a better feeling of where the club is at the top of the swing and it also gave me a better transition into the downswing. No early extension in this swing and the clubhead speed went up by 4mph. HAPPY DAYS!! #golf #golfswing

So I decided today, I needed some motivation to start practicing and playing again. As I am now of a certain age I thought I would enter the PGA Seniors Championship @moorparkgolfclub in May. I might have to get a lesson and work on CHS very soon 🤣💪🏋️‍♂️

The Plantation course is 7500 yards, has a slope of 144 and a rating of 77. This week Vincent Norrman -didn’t make a single double bogey - made 15 birdies -made 9 bogeys - finished 6-under. And finished dead last. …. By two. Stay in school kids.

Another great day @islantilla_golf_resort today. All things putting today before we played. The facilities are amazing and we are having a wonderful time. The group really are amazing and wonderfully sociable. It's good to see their golf is improving too.
