Right Mr Robinson let’s see what you can do. Had different aspirations but you’re one of us now so good luck. Interesting tilt in the announcement from free flowing attacking football to being harder & more competitive. Maybe that’s just what we need right now. Interesting times

@JamieAFC13 @mowgli1977z We all know what counts as acceptable. We all know the minimum he should achieve, but that doesn’t mean to say he shouldn’t talk a big game. We should be aiming to win every game, every tournament. He should be demanding a winning mentality. Not aiming for 2nd loser.

@HeavenlyDancer2 Footballs gone more of playing percentages. Gaining ground, long balls, balls into the box and fight for scraps. That’s his teams, big physical boys that will run about and barge into people. Horrible to watch but he’s not the only one to play like that.

@_VitaminT__ Actually liked how he touched on confidence/hard work, the 2 things we have badly lacked for far too long. Talks cheap but I believe SR might just be what we need. The club needs a refresh & structure, stuff that SR can do. Doesn't excuse the Boards handling of it all though!

Give him some support! We are a mess, players have 0 confidence, & haven’t look up for it. Relegation play off scrap is clear, not Robsinson’s fault we are where we are. Need someone to steady a sinking ship, fans play a huge part Turning up, abusing & booing achieves nothing

@pieandbov If SR came in not long after JT, I bet most supporters would have at least backed it even with reservations. Quite rightly too after Goodwin. The "process" the board has taken to get here is the biggest issue with the fans.

Just a thought but maybe Aberdeen fans should give Stephen Robinson a fucking chance? He’s a brilliant manager who will, given just a wee bit of patience, get your club back challenging at the top end of the table and he’ll have every single player running through a brick wall for the badge on the shirt. Don’t believe the pathetic narrative about his style of play either. With the budget Aberdeen have he will get you playing some great stuff, but you MUST allow him a Summer rebuild before judging. Cry all you want today, but you’ll be deleting those tweets in six months time.

Schalke fans can’t stop raving about Aouchichie, will probably win the league. When calling every player we sign shite, please apply context. As I’ve been saying a while now, many of these players are going to go play elsewhere and be very good. Many will go onto higher levels.

What an incredible signing Adil Aouchiche has been for Schalke 04. Such a baller. He creates chances like it’s nothing. So smooth on the ball, technically top. You can just see the quality in every touch. Assist on his debut. Outstanding against Holstein Kiel. Another assist today. For a player who came on a free transfer, that’s serious scouting by Schalke. I first watched him back in the PSG academy days, long before I was even active like this on X. He was always ridiculously gifted technically. But what stands out now is how much he’s developed physically. He looks stronger, more resistant in duels, more complete. It’s genuinely nice to see him slowly but surely building a name for himself in professional football. Keep it up, baller.

@RedHighlander83 @mowgli1977z Aye why was Findlay Marshall not taken back?.. We signed 2 unready cms & a loanee from rangers instead. These 3 could well become excellent players for us for example, but in January we needed "now" players. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail and all that!

@RedHighlander83 @mowgli1977z Recruitment has been shambolic for too long. As bad as the summer window turned into, January is turning into an all timer. Regardless how well these signings turn into, we didn't need half fit players half way through a season. Whole thing has been insanity.

@Mike34775 @_stedon He's a younger player, playing in a team that mentally collapses before/during games. I think he's the least of our problems, along with the likes of Lobban. The club needs a culture reset and then build from that.

Arrived & everyone sung his praises end last season, came back from summer break, played out position(LB) in an unsuited wingback system.. & was blamed for losses by majority when far bigger issues Shock, being scapegoated and slaughtered every week will ruin players confidence
