@andrewbensonf1 #BBCF1 when drivers go heavily over the kerbs we often hear that they have done damage to the floor. When this damage happens do they have to replace the whole floor or can they just replace the veins or a section? Seems like a big job for minor damage 🤔

@JamieCornish82 I hear ya, but there's no legislation in the book for checking a teammate's car just because the other wasn't legal. And it works both ways, just because one car ran a certain way, doesn't mean the other is too. It's that classic case of what's a fair sample size.

Also, small note to add - The FIA technical regs are 183 pages long. These cars will be flying out to Mexico tomorrow. Sometimes the random check coughs up an outlier like today, but it's really not practical to be so through just because 2 cars out of 20 broke a rule. #F1
