@TS_Minstermen Of course it’s comparable! Every team knows what they need to do in order to stay up or gain promotion. Same for every team. It’s up to those teams to ensure they finish in the place they need. Otherwise they risk not gaining promotion.

It’s absurd 100+ points and it still comes down to playoffs for either York or Rochdale One game decides it Oldham were 27 points behind last year Southend could be 30+ behind this year Not a dig at Oldham or Southend - they’ve earned their place. First points system rant of the season. It's an absolute nonsense that Sussex pick up 19 points for their win over Warwickshire, but Leicestershire/Surrey look set for 15/14 points each for their likely draw at the Oval. You should be rewarded more for actually winning!

@salopcarl What about the 7 years in league 1 after the play off final defeat? That wasn’t too bad Scunthorpe were in the play offs that year with us and have had 3 relegations since. Similar sized club.
