I should also note 1 revision was included (from their end) and there were no guidelines or brief to confirm pronunciation. Again, I know this could fall on me but seems like an excuse to get free footage and edit the brand name out.

Sent a video weeks ago and got no answer. Multiple emails later I’m told the brand was “restructuring” & that’s why the no response. Then was told they won’t move forward because I mispronounced the brand name (my fault) and they won’t allow a revision. Is this normal?

@UGCxElita @Backstage I got maybe 1-2 deals but it wasn’t worth the $60+ I was paying per month. I was getting a LOT of emails of people asking where I got their email and to be taken off the lists. Probably around 15 per week

I paid for @Backstage and here we are almost in April and I’ve not been hired once. At this point I’m just hoping to make my money back but never again #ugc

@emyleecreates I use the VA and I am still iffy about it. I rarely get answers and when I do they are either 1. really rude, 2. want to know how I got their information or 3. aren't working with "paid" collaborations but I can join their affiliate program. I got 1 paid gig so far

Is Bento really that good? I used it briefly at the beginning of this year and didn't see any results, but it seems like they've made some improvements and people are actually landing feasible deals. Lmk!

@amanda_stanleyr Now anytime I see people looking for creators for a “multi-million dollar perfume brand” I side eye because it’s probably them. I can’t imagine the HUNDREDS of videos they have because they’ve done this to so many people.

@amanda_stanleyr The EXACT same thing happened to me. Asked for 3 videos, I followed the briefs to a T, I had to continuously follow up with them after they asked for edits. Edited and then said “yeah sorry this isn’t a fit” and never paid me but had the videos.

HEADS UP all my UGC creator friends. ‼️DO NOT partner with Enhanced Scents (pheromone perfume brand)‼️ Did 3 videos for them. They wanted edits. My husband and I had to redo an entire video. Followed briefs. They went over the edits and basically said sorry this isn’t a good fit and has since ghosted. Upon research this is a common thing with this brand.
