The club needs some know-how of what is required to compete in this league. A solid structure above the manager. We can all agree the recruitment hasn’t been right and we lack a specific skill set which we have been crying out for. Football people in football positions. #Gills

Summer is probably the biggest off-season we need in terms of rebuilds for quite some time. The results don’t resonate as much as they have in the past due to the complete incompetence of this squad over the past few years. Nothing will change until they are moved on. #Gills

🚨 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬: Gillingham fan becomes emergency fourth official in League Two match. When the linesman got injured in the Gillingham vs. Newport County game on Saturday an announcement was made on the PA system asking if anyone in the crowd was qualified to step in and help. Gillingham fan and local referee Will Campbell-Wroe stuck his hand up and took on the role. After he offered his services, the Gills went 2-1 down. They then equalised with a 90+1' penalty and then won the game in 90+9' with 17 minutes eventually added on. That's right, he added on 17 minutes of injury time (which was correct after the long stoppage) when his team was losing 2-1. 😆 📸 @Julian_KPI

Huffed and puffed, the inability to score goals is our biggest issue. The recruitment team have been poor based on the majority of signings. We need someone with a bit of nouse who has been there and done it from within the leagues, supporting the club behind the scenes #Gills

Starting to read comments calling for Gareth Ainsworth’s head tonight. I make it 3 defeats in 26 league matches that he’s been in the dugout for, but then again I also understand the side of things that reads 1 win in our last 13 in League Two (whether it’s been him or Dobson on the sidelines). Do you feel that there is any blame to lay at the manager’s feet? #Gills

@TheME7Podcast I think after watching the majority of the games, we don’t have an identity and we lack some key personnel. Dack has been the key standout this season and I feel if we can build a team/squad around him. Then I feel we could be successful. 1/2
