@chatswithem Literally having the same problems with my mam also a pensioner! She reluctantly agreed to get a smart meter but after 4 failed attempts to install it by there engineers she was hit with a £2800 bill and told to start paying £300 a month back in arrears! When she never had debt!

Help needed please re smart meters 🙏🏼 My mum (pensioner) is being bullied again by EON To change her meter which has been in her old house since time began and works just fine But they say it's out of date and it's MANDATORY Any advice greatly received 🙌🏼🫶🏼
