Since December, I’ve been locked in on my fitness.
Working 9–5 at a desk, eating junk—it was killing my energy. So I changed.
No shortcuts. Just daily effort. I went from barely hitting the gym to showing up every single day—even on the low days.
I’ve dropped serious weight. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for years. Confidence is coming back.
What I’ve learned? Discipline > motivation. Anything is possible with consistency.
The journey’s not over—but I’m in a position to win. 💪
