In view of the recent happening, I find it apposite to recommend that the provision which subjects the child to be tried in regular courts be revisted for amendment, while the system do more in setting up better facilities for the juvenile system to rehabilitate child offenders.

The recent news of children being arraigned before the Federal High Court on charge of treason amongst other counts have no doubt casted a dent on the face of the Nigerian Legal System generally, and narrowly on the administration of criminal justice system.
