On a PC, if you click on a file once then press F2 it allows you to rename it. I found this out via a tweet years ago and it changed my life so I'm passing it on.

I know you're likely going to phase out the EV incentive program. There's a delay of up to 8 weeks for a Tesla delivery and the incentive can only be applied upon delivery. @fordnation will there be enough notice for the cancellation so we don't get blindsided if we buy now?
