@JamesMelville Same everywhere, even in Edinburgh. Princes St is a shadow of its former glory. City has been turned into a shabby theme park. Was in Aberdeen recently, what a disgrace Union St is. So sad and no one seems to offer any solutions.

I live a few miles from Dundee. I have a soft spot for the old place. But it is heartbreaking to see the high street decline and poverty in many areas. Shame on the local and national governments who have let a magnificent city turn to rust. This pattern of decline is similar in so many towns and cities across the UK.

My dad and I were in the Scotland supporters club for years…… he had to stop going when I lost him at the Spain game years ago…… was kind of the first sign where his Parkinson’s really meant he was losing independence……. Anyways his account was attached to my email and I never unsubscribed him coz I like thinking he is still following from where ever he is…… he got this email today from @ScotlandNT and I know I’m not the only one thinking of folk we’ve lost along the way but he would have been so proud of Steve Clark, the team and our fans.
