Q1: If not all, I think most of the doctors follow the Generics Law. The goverment should conduct seminars regularly to remind doctors the importance of proper prescription. #RxWriting #Pharma1A038 @medpharmaguy

I think because of the prejudice of the patients against generic medicine and its effects affect how prescription of generics is not widely use. Since it is only now that there is mainstream advertisement for it. (Q1 1/2) #Rxwriting @medpharmaguy

Q2 They can put brand names as long as the physician explained the availability of generic names, and the possible options to take. Taking in to consideration the status help most patients. (you always have a choice) @medpharmaguy #Pharma1A075 #RxWriting #GGWP

Q1 I asked a few doctors around, both that practice in rural and urban areas if they adhere to the Generics Law and all of them said that they do. These doctors take in to consideration the buying capacity of the patient..1/2 @medpharmaguy

Q2: It depends if the physician is working on private or goverment hospital. If goverment, only generic name should be written and if it is private, both generic and suggested brand by the doctor should be written. @medpharmaguy #RxWriting #Pharma1A131
