Waiting until everything is perfect Perfection delays visibility. The market rewards action, not polish.

AI isn't here to replace your humanity it's here to amplify it. The most powerful AI systems are built on empathy, creativity, and human judgment. When we bring our full selves to the table, we don't just use AI — we shape it. #AI #HumanFirst #FutureOfWork #AIForGood #Innovation

I really hate the Nigerian TL on here. The world is talking about building and advancing with AI in different walks of life Over there it is either “as a man…” or “as a woman…” If you don’t like the other gender then stay alone for fuck sake.

@Chioma__Amadi Honestly, do these people come from.other world because each time I see these stories, I do ask myself how How does someone miss a team meeting How can someone give a silly excuse of a charger over charger Honestly, I thank God myself because if commitment is a person ☺️

One thing about building an organization from scratch is that no one ever prepares you for the first time you’d have to fire someone. The first time I ever fired someone, I rehearsed the conversation in my head for three days straight. Because when I hired her, I was convinced I had just secured my best decision of the year. She was smart, sharp and confident. Spoke in bullet points and sent voice notes like TED Talks. I was impressed. A few weeks in, the scales started to fall off from my eyes. Every small task came with a very dramatic backstory. “Hi Chioma 🥹 I tried to send the email but my network was spiritually attacked.” “I would have finished the design, but my village people are fighting my destiny😔.” “I didn’t miss the deadline, life just happened to me.” At first, I laughed. It was funny. Creative even. But over time, I realized it was becoming a pattern, and she had an excuse for literally everything. One day, she told me she couldn’t join a meeting because her charger was overworked, and she wanted it to rest for a while. I nearly craze. That was my final straw. As a professional, I understand that you can be unlucky, and you can be overwhelmed.
But your village people cannot be haunting you every day. And if there’s one thing I resound over and over again, it’s that accountability is not optional in my organization. Till today, whenever I hear, “It’s not my fault,” my spirit starts drafting a termination letter because it almost always ends the exact same way. Please learn to take accountability.

Nobody talks about this: The hardest part of startups isn’t building. It’s repeatedly putting yourself in positions to be rejected. Most quit there.

Your product won't sell itself. You have to sell it. What's your biggest distribution challenge right now? 👇 I help founders build automated outbound systems. If you're stuck on distribution, DM me. Let's talk through it.

Distribution is hard. But it's not mysterious. It's just work most founders don't want to do. If you're launching soon and haven't started building your audience, you're already late. Start today. Post. Engage. Reach out. Build relationships.

Honestly, I've stopped telling founders what to do. But this? I won't stop. A founder reached out last week. Product live for almost a year. I asked: "How many people have shown interest?" He said: "Nobody." Here's what most founders get wrong about distribution: 🧵
