Today's post from @JaneLloyd17 discusses if health literacy can help us address health inequities, or is the concept becoming too broad to wield? disq.us/t/476l1f9

You end your shift. You walk around the ER. Still so many struggling to breathe. Still so many on life support. You can't help but wonder. Would they still call us heroes? If they knew we felt so helpless?

When you wake up you wonder: Would they still call us heroes? If they knew we felt so helpless? We thought we'd get use to it. It's been a month, but feels like forever. Back in the ER today. Jump on an empty subway at 7:30am. Streets are quiet. Walk into the hospital.

@lynchinnz Yes. We need to hear more about Hannah, her strength and resilience, and the personalities of the children. Lost. Taken. Destroyed.

Stop "paying tribute" to Rowan Baxter. Change your news to psychotic evil monster brutally murders 3 children & wife. Stop painting him as a loving father man who loved his children. He burned his 3 children alive. He is not a good bloke. Stop using mental health as an excuse.
