@growingwisdom Why do people insist on using "Asian" to describe invasive plants and insects, but never to refer to rhododendrons, azaleas, or the myriad other Asian plants we all think belong here?
This is a good time of the year to notice Asian bittersweet climbing in your trees or other spots. If you can, rip it out by hand. You can also cut it if it's too thick and carefully paint some herbicide on the wound. Limits your use of the chemical.
