💪 Today we rallied outside Scotland’s Court of Session in Edinburgh to mark the first day of our legal challenge against the disastrous approval of the Rosebank oil field.

@EdwardJDavey Absolutely agree, Sir Ed. We need a two state solution with full international financial and political support and respect for both states and a plan to rebuild those areas where infrastructure has been destroyed and lives wasted. Grow up, gentle(?)men.

There simply cannot be a Rafah offensive. Appalled by this devastation. We need an immediate bilateral ceasefire now.

@OxfordStays @LizWebsterSBF @dannydorling @youngeuromove It is not there now . Be very careful who you vote for if you do not want more of the same, please. This is not the two party state which Conservative and Labour parties would have you believe. The choice of an alternative to both is yours.

@OxfordStays @LizWebsterSBF @dannydorling @youngeuromove Tactical voting? You have Layla Moran, the best MP possible for a return to the EU as Lib Dem MP for North Oxford and Abingdon. Labour could have saved us from Brexit, we Liberal Democrats , campaigning at our street stalls and doorsteps for Remain, needed Labour’s help in 2016.

@OxfordStays @LizWebsterSBF @dannydorling @youngeuromove I would like to add mid- career people to the groups who need help: people like a friend in his forties with background in renewable energy , a boom industry, who did not get an interview in the Netherlands ( we do not need to look beyond the EU for good candidates) .

@getprdone Yes, they are so called tactical voters and believe that to get rid of the Cons they need to vote Labour. They are not alone and they are our biggest problem.

Can someone please explain those 3 Lib Dem voters moving to the least liberal and most authoritarian Labour Party in its entire history? 🤦

@NealShepperson @LibDems @getprdone A very few would never pay as they did not enter employment which paid the required level and those who did and are repaying are usually paying off the loan in a reasonable time. Had the Lib Dems been in a majority we would not have increased fees . Numbers count so vote us in

For the Conservative and Labour parties, the current system suits them. It lets the Conservatives in most of the time, despite the majority of people voting against them. But Labour knows – if they wait long enough, their turn will come. We must win the fight for fair votes.

@NealShepperson @LibDems @getprdone Conservatives and had no alternative but to make the best of dealing with the decision to increase the fees. Vince Cable did however introduce a system of student loans which did not have to be repaid until the students had graduated and were in paid employment, some well paid.

@NealShepperson @LibDems @getprdone University places were not free : the Labour Party introduced them as part of their laudable policy to have 50% of the peer group able to achieve a degree. The Liberal Democrats proposed the abolition of these fees but as the minority party in the Co-alition were outvoted by the

@daveoconnor1309 @LibDemPress It means that at least one House of the U.K. Government cares how people are treated by the systems and decisions of the Government. That does not always happen when MPs have to be populist to be sure of being re-elected, does it.

@Bonn1eGreer @Jacob_Rees_Mogg & I had our contretemps over the years…but on this, we are in agreement ….as we were over other issues…such as standing next to a 9’ inflatable…for similar reasons. Indeed the camp where #ShamimaBegum is held has been described as ‘#Gitmo in the desert’
