When you complete your PhD in literature, you are given the actual list of the 100 greatest books, which are kept secret from normal people. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to tell you what they are and, even if I did, you wouldn't understand them.
Have you ever read a popular book so poorly written that it makes you mad?
I remember the first time someone pointed out to me that in hockey you often can’t see the puck you just have a sense of where it is from years of having watched played it broke my brain. It honestly never occurred to me that I didn’t see the puck much I just knew where it was.
