Learn to differentiate who is a director and who is management. Board of 12 , four are from Kalenjin community even then MD who is acting sits also in management while company secretary is also in management so in essence it is 2/12 Management of 8 , 3 are from Kalenjin community which includes the MD and company secretary who also listed under Directorship. Trying to pass management as board is nothing but deception. Well silly political season is on the horizon so we expect to see more of such.
