@tanukiigirlie Omg I’m literally wracked trying to figure out whether to up my intake. Ive been walking 15k-20k+ steps, and strength training on 1k cals. It’s starting to get so hard trying to not binge but I start freaking out on high intakes. This post is reassuring I think ill try this now.
@FishyTheFish6@Janiforia Yes it is! I draw at random and work off whatever I’m given for the next days intake. I take breaks on holidays, family dinners, or vacations.
