@CanonUSA I have called 3 times to get a tech out for our copier and still no response. I am not sure why it is so difficult since we have a maintenance agreement with you.
If you wanted to provide good service, wouldn’t you want to help your customers? Well, @VyveBroadband has decided to take a different route and hurt their customers by charging unreasonable fees and changing contracts without authorization from their customers. Not good, vyve.
@JanineAShepard Hi Janine, we're happy to address your concerns and escalate to the appropriate team for review. Please send us a DM, and we will follow up. Thank you!
@VyveBroadband very deceptive practice of auto renewing contracts for a year on a business account. Now we are stuck paying a huge pre-penalty for cancelling. Not good business.
Consumers deserve transparency and honesty from their service providers. When billing isn’t clear promotional pricing changes without clear explanation or customer service fails to resolve concerns it erodes trust. Companies like @VyveBroadband should prioritize honesty.
In dealing with both @TingInternet and @vyve, I would caution you to go with Ting. @vyve is deceptive and taking money from customers where they shouldn’t.
@VyveBroadband continues to gouge people and deceive them by extending their contract for a year with a penalty if they don’t cancel before the contract ends.
@VyveBroadband Well, so far @VyveBroadband is continuing their deceptive practices of renewing for a year if you don’t contact them at the end of the contract. Who does this?? Now they will penalize us for 1k for early disconnection. I could see a month but a year??
@SafeHavenBox1 we are having trouble getting a contract signed/approved for Sandpoint, ID. Is there anyone who can step in and assist? Sandpoint is ready for a baby box.
