Let’s get 2026 going.
I talked with @ale_sannazzaro from @codeandwander about why component-first building in @webflow is here to stay.

Bigger projects aren't always better. @JackRedley1 reminded me that more budget can mean more pressure, timelines, stakeholders, and politics. Growth isn’t size; it's finding the sweet spot and win-win projects. #freelance#webdesign
I had to ask @JackRedley1 why he stopped making Webflail.
It wasn’t burnout.
It wasn’t running out of guests.
It was realizing he’d learned what he came to learn.
We talked about those recurring patterns, freelancer boundaries, and what he’s doing now.

@raymmar Yeah! This was a revelation for me! For some reason I always thought that one should just invite a bunch of people and if only five people would show up, it would be a failure.
Here's a lean way to start a community.
Find 2–3 people who care about the same thing as you
Ask what they want to learn.
Ask if they want to teach.
Ask who they’ll bring next time.
That’s how momentum starts.
From my conversation with @raymmar 🎙️
Last week, I had a chat with @raymmar . And one line has been stuck in my head since the edit.
He said attention and trust are the two resources every creator and every freelancer should learn to harness.
Again, simple but not easy.
