@synaesthesiajp The account recovery process now, is horrible.. I’ve been declined SO many times on my own account that I’ve recovered in the past, using information that’s literally from my PDF file, but then I got told that it’s not accurate.

You know what's really awesome about getting laid off? I can't change the email to my epic games store account since I can't access it anymore. Kinda an ironic problem to have, huh? Hopefully account recovery process is smooth.

@FortniteStatus The fact that you guys have a team that works on bugs specifically, and didn’t fix anything in this update is extremely sad. Game has been in the worst state we’ve seen it and you guys just can’t do anything to save it.

@FortniteStatus Can you fix the latency issues? I live in Oregon, I get 15 ping my first game of the day, then every other game after that is always 30 ping. You guys need to fix the ping routing for NA west. This has been an issue ever since the season release, I did the ping and DNS On epic

Your Rank should now update more quickly after playing a match. If you see an incorrect Rank when booting up - please play a Ranked game, return to the Lobby, and let us know if it's updated.

@Hogman please have the epic games team that does recovery requests, do their jobs correctly. I had my account breached, then got access again after a recovery.
I have been sending recovery after recovery since it got breached again.. and now I’m being declined even with the same info
