One thing I've started noticing is that the hardest habit isn't exercising or eating healthy.
It's slowing your mind down.
Most of us can spend hours scrolling without realizing how mentally drained we are until we finally stop for a moment.

Day 11 of my 40-day @sleepagotchi challenge
I find it hardest to stick to the promises I make to myself. If I don't stick to my sleep schedule, who's gonna know. There's no one keeping score, and that's what makes this the most important to me.
Eleven days in and I'm starting to understand real discipline. It's not about others keeping you accountable. It's about sticking to your word, doing what you ought to when there is no one around. Skipping it would be all too easy.
As the days keep passing, I'm seeing that consistency is about someone you become rather than doing things you ought to do.
It's not about winning the game, it's about transforming and being a better you.
That's what's most important. I've not becoming a new person overnight, just that little bit more reliable than the day before.
